The Elements Program
Step 1. Free Intro Session
Call/email us to schedule a class time and day to come check us out. Coaching, friendly environment, and large facility are some key points when looking for a new CrossFit gym. That is the reason we focus on attention to detail for beginners because it is vital when starting off new.
Step 2. Schedule Elements
After you've decided you are ready to get started to better your fitness we schedule your private sessions. These will be scheduled based on the best time for you. These will be focused mainly on technique so you "shouldn't" be too sore.
Step 3. Be Awesome in Class
After you've completed our Elements Program we guarantee that you will have a base knowledge of 90% of the movements CrossFit has to offer. Learning that last 10% is what keeps us working to being fitter than yesterday!
