Whether you're looking to try something new or a seasoned Crossfitter, we're excited you've decided to check us out.


Like any fitness program, we believe understanding the basics before taking on complicated moves is an important key to success. That's why we created out elements program.

Taught by The Owners, Elements is designed to establish a strong foundation in your CrossFit journey. In 5 private one-hour sessions, you'll receive individualized, hands on instruction to get you ready to take on any workout. We'll cover many of the common movements you'll come across and dive into the fundamentals that make up the functional fitness program we've come to love.

Agility - endurance - speed - balance - coordination - flexibility - stamina - accuracy - strength - power

The Elements Program allows us to get to know you as an individual to prepare you for everyday classes. All movements can be scaled to sit every individual's ability and comfort level.

While you will be required to complete the Elements Program prior to joining the regular classes, each elements session will end with a workout incorporating the movements you learned that day.

Once you've graduated from our Elements Program, you'll be ready for any WOD(Workout of the Day) that comes your way.


If you are a seasoned CrossFit athlete, please schedule a 1-on-1 assessment with one of our coaches. During the session we will work together to determine if you're ready to jump into regular classes or if a 'refresher' in our Elements Program will be best for you.
